Exchange And Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our believe. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
- Size exchanges are available if you want a small or bigger size in your order, you need to self ship it within 7 days from delivery date, we do not have a reverse pickup facility, as soon as we receive your product we shall send you a new piece in the desired size. Please mention your full name and order id while sending it back to us.
- Return and Refund is not available on sale or discounted items. As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the MyFriday pieces are sold they can be exchanged in a bigger or smaller size.
- We do only size exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.
- 10-12% of color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don't expect an exchange or return for the same.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have a reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that are not received by MyFriday will be treated as not returned.
- Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. Exchange can be done within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
